Framing a shot
The bar rises at the foot of the screen while you frame. Pick the whole page or a device, type an exact size, then copy the shot or save it as a PNG. Esc closes it and Pixy returns to where you left off.
Controls
- Full page
- The whole page, top to bottom, at the width on the bar.
- Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone
- Device presets. The width lays the page out, so its breakpoints answer it, and the height is the shot's.
- Width and height
- An exact size, when a preset is not it.
- 2x
- Take the shot in the screen's own pixels rather than at the size on the bar, for a sharp image on a dense display.
- Copy
- The screenshot goes to the clipboard, ready to paste into a chat or an issue.
- Save
- The screenshot is saved as a PNG.
