Record the page as a video, with your voice and your face if you want them in it.
The bar rises at the foot of the screen. Switch on the microphone and the camera, each lit once the browser allows it, then press Record. There is no stop button on the bar, because it would end up in the video: the browser's own sharing bar stops the take.
