Teams and Roles

Not everyone working on a website needs the same level of access. A copywriter shouldn't be able to rearrange the layout, and a contractor working on one landing page shouldn't have permission to edit the entire site. When everyone gets the same tools, simple tasks become riskier than they need to be.

Teams and Roles lets you decide who can do what. Give someone full editing access, limit them to design or copy changes, allow comments only, or make the site read only. Permissions can apply to the whole site, a project, a group of pages, or even a single section.

That makes collaboration much more comfortable. If someone only needs to update a few words, that's all they can change. They don't need to learn the rest of the editor, and they can't accidentally break anything. Their edits still follow the same review and implementation workflow as every other change.
