A picture of the page is often the fastest way to show what you mean. Browser tools cut off everything below the fold and put their own interface in the shot.
Screenshots would capture the artboard instead: the whole page, or one device width, with your edits on it. No screenshot of the live site can show that.

You can capture the page now. Press S, or click the camera: full page, or a device size. Copy or save.
A device size resizes the page first, so you get the real layout at that width instead of a crop of a wider one.
