When you resize an element that uses responsive CSS like clamp() or max-width, the editor shouldn't replace it with a fixed pixel width. Instead, it should update the existing responsive rule so the layout stays responsive.
Resizing an element now preserves the responsive CSS behind it, instead of replacing it with a fixed width or height.
