Checking spacing shouldn't mean guessing. Is that gap the same as the one above it? Is this card really centered? Today you either estimate by eye, compare values in different panels, or dig through developer tools. The question is visual, but the answer isn't.

Measurements should appear where you're looking. Select an element and point to another to see the exact distance between them. Drag guides from the rulers, snap elements into place, or turn on a baseline grid to keep text aligned across the page.

Because you're measuring the real website, every value reflects the layout visitors actually see. Resize the page and the measurements update with it, making it just as easy to check spacing on a phone as it is on a desktop.

Edit the rule, not just one element style

When you change something like a card's padding, the editor should update the shared CSS rule instead of changing only that one card. It should also let you edit the CSS selector if needed.

Dark mode for the editor

When a site uses dark mode, editing it in a bright editor feels distracting and makes it harder to see how the final page will look. The editor should match the site's dark or light theme so what you see while editing is closer to the real result. Animations should also be paused while editing to make the experience calmer and easier to work with.
