Finding the code behind an element is usually more work than it should be. You inspect the page, copy a class name, search the project, and hope the first result is the right one. With modern frameworks and component libraries, even that isn't always enough.

Jump to Source takes you straight there. Click an element on the page, and Pixy opens the file and line that produced it. When it's connected to a development server, that information already exists. Pixy simply makes it available where you need it.

The real benefit is understanding what you're about to change. The same button might come from a single page, a shared component, or a design token used across the entire site. They look identical on the page, but changing the wrong one can affect far more than you intended. Jumping straight to the source makes that decision much easier.
