Codex isn't designed around constant back and forth. You give it a task, it works independently, and it comes back with the results. That turns out to be a good match for design, where work often happens in bursts rather than one change at a time.

A typical design session produces dozens of small edits. Reviewing every implementation as it happens only interrupts the flow. Instead, finish your design pass, send the whole batch to Codex, and let it work through the changes in the background. When it's done, you review what it completed instead of watching it happen.

That separation lets design and implementation move at their own pace. You can stay focused on the page while ideas are fresh, then hand everything over when you're finished. By the time you're ready to think about code, Codex has a complete set of changes waiting for review.
