Approval Workflow

Not every edit should become work the moment it's made. That's fine when you're working alone, but with a team or a client there's usually another step in between. Someone needs to review the change before it reaches the developer.

Approval Workflow separates proposing a change from approving it. Edits can move through draft, review, and approved states, so everyone knows what's ready, what's still being discussed, and what's waiting for a decision.

It also makes collaboration much easier. Copywriters, designers, and clients can suggest changes without worrying about them being implemented immediately. Once a change is approved, it follows the same path as every other edit. Until then, it's simply a proposal.
