Animation is difficult to get right by editing numbers. The difference between 200ms and 300ms is obvious when you see it, but not when you're reading CSS. Every change turns into the same routine: edit, save, reload, trigger the animation, then try again.

An animation editor keeps the whole process on the page. Adjust timing by dragging instead of typing, shape easing curves visually, build keyframes on a timeline, and replay the animation instantly until it feels right.

Some animations can only be judged in their real context. Scroll effects are a good example. The reveal might start too early, too late, or feel completely different on a shorter screen. Because you're working on the actual page, with its real content and scroll length, you can see exactly what visitors will experience before you publish.
