The next time you open the page, every unfinished change is already there, exactly as you left it. There's nothing to restore, no session to resume, and nothing to set up. You simply carry on where you stopped.
The eye on the Pixy chip lets you switch between your edited version and the page as it exists in your code. It's a quick way to review what you've changed without undoing anything.
If you decide to start over, Clear all removes every unfinished change. With an element selected, it only clears that element and everything inside it, leaving the rest of the page untouched.
