Undo and redo now survive a page reload

10 August 2026
Your full undo and redo history is restored with your edits, so reloading the page no longer resets your place in the editing history.

Reloading the page no longer breaks your editing history.

Pixy already restored unfinished edits when you came back to a page. Now it restores the steps behind them too. After a reload, Cmd+Z continues undoing changes in the same order as before, and Shift+Cmd+Z brings them back again.

Undone edits are kept intact until you replace them with something new. While they're undone, they don't appear in the edits log, count toward dashboard totals, or get picked up by your AI agent. If you redo them, the original change returns exactly as it was.

If you undo a few changes and then make a new edit, the old redo history is cleared, just like in a desktop editor.

This means a design session can continue across reloads, closed tabs, and multiple days without losing its undo history.

Open a page from your project, change something, reload, and press Cmd+Z.
