Terms and privacy, written to be read

The terms of service and privacy policy explain what Pixy stores, what it never collects, and how your data is handled.

You shouldn't have to guess what happens to your data.

Pixy now includes a clear Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that explain how the service works and what information is stored.

The privacy policy lists everything Pixy keeps: your email address, your project name and identifiers, and your edit history. Each edit record includes the element you changed, a short snippet to identify it, the property you edited, its old and new values, the page URL, and the viewport width you were working with.

Just as important is what Pixy doesn't store.

Your pages never leave your browser. Pixy doesn't capture screenshots, copy page content, or store your website. The editor runs directly on your live site, and only the details needed to record your edits are sent to Pixy. Whether you're working on localhost, a staging environment, or a page behind a login, Pixy can't access it because it never fetches your site. The script tag itself opens nothing: editing needs a browser you approved.

Your AI agent stays under your control, too. It runs on your own machine using your own AI provider account. Pixy simply relays messages between the editor and your agent. Your website content isn't sent to AI providers through Pixy, and Pixy doesn't run its own AI models.

There are also no tracking cookies, third party analytics, or advertising pixels anywhere on the site.

If you want the full details, the privacy policy is a short read, and the terms sit next to it.
