A fix for emails that didn't arrive

14 August 2026
A bug stopped some Pixy emails from reaching inboxes. It's now fixed, and emails are being delivered normally again.

Some emails sent by Pixy weren't reaching inboxes because of a bug in how they were put together. In some cases, the receiving mail server rejected the email or filtered it before it could be delivered.

The issue affected all emails sent by Pixy, including sign-in codes, replies to messages you sent us, and renewal reminders.

The problem has been fixed, and you don't need to change anything. If you were waiting for an email that never arrived, simply request it again. You can ask for a new sign-in code or resend your message, and it should arrive as expected.

Your important account information is still available even if an email didn't arrive. You can find your plan, renewal date, invoices, refund policy, and cancellation terms on your account's billing page. All of your projects are unchanged.

Sign in to your account and continue as usual.
