This page answers one question: if you stop paying for Pixy, what happens to your money. The Terms of Service are the agreement; this is the plain version of the part people actually need.
Everything here is self-service, from your billing page. None of it needs to go through us.
The Free plan takes no card and never charges. There is nothing to cancel.
Cancel and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing more is charged, and you can resume any time before it ends.
This is the option that costs you nothing and takes nothing away, you already paid for those days, so you keep them.
If you would rather stop today, end now does both things at once: your access stops immediately, and the unused part of the period goes back to your card, pro rata. If you are nineteen days into a thirty-day month, you get the eleven days back.
Refunds go to the card that paid, and usually land within a few business days.
Switching applies immediately and is prorated. Moving up, you pay only the difference for the days remaining. Moving down, the difference you already paid becomes credit on your account, and your next renewals spend it before touching your card. You never pay twice for the same days.
Periods you have already used. If you were subscribed for three months and cancel in the fourth, the first three are not returned, only the unused remainder of the period you are in, and only if you end now rather than cancel.
Buying as a consumer rather than for a business, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing. End now honours that and goes further: it returns the unused part of the period at any point in your subscription, not only in the first fortnight. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.
If a renewal fails, we will tell you and Stripe will retry. Your plan may pause until it is settled. Nothing is lost by this, resolving the payment brings the plan straight back.
If your plan came from us rather than from a purchase, there is no card behind it and nothing to cancel. Write to us on the contact page if you want it changed.
If something about a charge looks wrong, tell us on the contact page. We would rather fix it than have you dispute it.
