No passwords: an email address, a six-digit code, and a brand new address becomes an account on the same screen.
/docs/account.txtPixy has no passwords. You give an email address, we send a six-digit code, and the code signs you in. A new address becomes an account on the same screen, there is no separate sign-up form to find.
The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it does not arrive, the code screen offers to send another one; Change email goes back a step if you mistyped the address.
On a phone the six boxes take the whole code at once, iOS AutoFill drops it in from the notification and it spreads across the boxes by itself.
An address we have never seen becomes an account the moment its first code is verified. Nothing else is asked of you: no name, no password, no confirmation link. You land on your account page with a greeting and no projects yet, creating one is the next step.
The session lives in your browser and survives closing the tab. Sign out from the bottom of /my, under Signed in as.
Signing out ends the session on that browser only. It does not revoke the browser approvals that let the editor open on your sites, those are separate credentials with their own lifetime, and the way to revoke them is to regenerate the project's key.
It identifies your account and receives sign-in codes. The rest is in the Privacy Policy.
