Best AI Coding Agents in 2026: Pick Your Favorite Way to Review AI's Code
Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cline and the rest are good at different jobs and fail in different ways. A comparison built on how each one breaks, what review it creates, and what a change actually costs.
Client feedback that arrives as edits
Run the revision round on the client's own site, with feedback attached to the right element, changes made during the review, and one request for your coding agent.
Change your app's UI without describing it
Six visual changes to a Next.js dashboard, made on the running app and handed to a coding agent as one batch.
Your coding agent cannot read your mind
Seven things worth checking before a visual editor goes into your agent workflow, answered for Pixy, gaps included.
Will AI replace web designers?
No. It has already taken a real part of the work, the damage lands almost entirely on people starting out, and the part it can't reach is the part that was always hard.
What are the 5 basic principles of web design?
Balance, contrast, emphasis, repetition, and unity still apply to web design. The problem is that they came from a world where the canvas didn't resize itself, the copy didn't come from a CMS, and nobody added a chat bubble five minutes before launch.
What are the 7 C's of web design?
They come from a 2001 e-commerce textbook, not from design. Here's the actual list, why only one of the seven is about how your page looks, and what it leaves out.

Can I make a website in 2 days?
Yes, and building it isn't the part that runs over. Where the second day actually goes once an agent writes the code, and how much of it you can get back.
Can ChatGPT actually create a website?
It can, and the code is usually fine. The trouble starts on the second version, when you're describing a page nobody in the conversation has looked at.
Do I need coding for web design?
No, and that answer holds right up until the site already exists. Which parts of web design ever needed code, which parts never did, and what changed now that an agent does the typing.
What are the 5 golden rules of web design?
Clarity, consistency, hierarchy: the usual answer is a list nobody can disagree with. Here are five rules that can actually be broken, and what breaking each one looks like on a real site.
Run the video meeting on the real website
A design review usually happens over a screen share and ends in a list of notes for somebody else to turn into changes. In Pixy the meeting happens on the running site: everyone opens the same page, the microphone and camera sit in the page, and what you agree on is already recorded for your agent.
Design the states you can't mock up
Logged-in pages, open menus, errors, popups, and real data don't fit neatly into static design files. Pixy lets you design these states directly in the running product, with the real content and context still there.
Can I design a website on Figma?
Figma is a great place to design a website that doesn't exist yet. But once the site is running, you're designing a copy of it. The real site already has the content, CSS, breakpoints and behavior you need to see.
Let them use the design before you build it
A shared link puts your unbuilt edits on the real site. Open it on any device, click through the real thing, compare versions, or walk it together live, before anything is built.
Coding agents made building cheap. Describing is the expensive part now.
Coding agents can build a whole feature from one sentence, then lose an afternoon to a heading that's slightly too big. Not because they're bad at design, but because words are a bad way to say where something goes.
